The loved ones of teens unaccounted for after a deadly fire at a venue in a Swiss ski resort are facing an painful wait for answers and requesting clues about their family members via social media.

The blaze engulfed the a popular bar in the alpine resort, located in the mountains of south-west Switzerland, in the small hours of New Year's Day. Circulated images depict the ceiling igniting as bottles with fireworks are held aloft.

Officials have stated that it could take an extended period to formally name the those who perished of the disaster, which resulted in the death of numerous partygoers and wounded another scores more. Officials stated on Friday that 113 of the those hurt have been identified, with efforts continuing to identify the final individuals.

In the waiting period, loved ones have been using social media to appeal for information about their missing relatives who were at the bar that fateful night.

Heartbreaking Pleas for the Unaccounted For

The fate of teenager from Switzerland Arthur Brodard, sixteen, are not yet determined, according to an public plea from his family.

The resident of Lutry near Lausanne, explained to a publication that she had returned to Lausanne to check whether he was in the medical facility, while his father did the equivalent search in Bern, but could not find him.

His parent, reportedly stated that his son was at the bar and was last in contact around the new year. An official spokesperson has indicated that a official announcement of his death is still pending.

Further Missing Individuals

Giovanni Tamburi, sixteen, is also among the missing. His parent explained that he had been on holiday but had ventured out with friends and found himself at the venue.
